Description:
Otis finds himself looking for a new home as his family moved. He has adapted well to life in his foster home with a pug sibling.

Otis has chronic dry eye and will need eye drops twice a day. He is missing many teeth but loves both canned food and kibble.

This fesity pint ball of love enjoys sleeping in his cage. He is not housebroken just yet but does well with a belly band.
