Description: I know, she doesn't look two and a half. Poor Annie has been used her entire life as a breeder dog, and it has taken a toll on her looks and health. She obviously has not had good nutrition, and she was nothing more than a puppy factory for someone hoping to profit from her misery. She came to us from the shelter, and have very recently, within a week, weaned another litter of puppies. Annie has been spayed now, and is ready to meet some families! Her foster mom says Annie loves to play! Tuggie, wrestling, chewing on toys, Annie is a busy girl and really starting to enjoy life! Annie is now crate trained and potty trained, thanks to her foster mom. She learned those things quickly, so she will do great at learning obedience should her new family decide to train her. Because of her background, we feel that Annie would do best in a home either as an only dog or with a submissive dog as a friend. She can be a bit pushy and verbal, so life will be easier for everyone if she is allowed to be the more dominant dog in a home. She is very good about humans handling her food, but should be crated away from other dogs while eating. Overall, Annie is a great little girl, and is already bouncing back from her very difficult start in life. Won't you consider giving this girl a wonderful forever home? She truly deserves to be a pampered pet. |
