Description: Apollo spent three long days in the shelter after being relinquished by his former owner. A few days of good food, grooming, and a little TLC, he has emerged as one handsome pug. Apollo quickly learned the lay out of his new foster home despite his impaired vision. He lost some of his vision due to a minor eye condition that was never treated.
Apollo is being treated for ear infections and is recovering from palate and dental surgery. Apollo requires inexpensive eye drops ($6) twice a day for life that he takes without complaint. He is also getting supplements and pain medication for hip dysplasia. Apollo is on a prescription diet to lose weight which is critical for improvement with his hip.
Apollo will entertain you with his funny little snort when he is super happy or gets excited. He is a very affectionate boy and is most happy getting petted and having his back rubbed.
Will you be the lucky family who greets this big smile every morning? Contact us to meet Apollo. |
